Podcasting studio at home - Petr

It started as a DIY project, but ended up sounding like a professional studio!

Petr had been making his podcasts for a long time in a makeshift studio at home. However, to upgrade it to the professional level, proper acoustic treatment was needed to eliminate the echoes bouncing from the ceiling and the big sidewall.

By incorporating just 5 Woody Queen absorption panels into the setup, the sound quality improved significantly. Sound reflections from the nearby walls are eliminated and the sound is much clearer and doesn’t require post-production touches.

The plants and all the room furnishing help to improve the acoustics too! They act as a light absorption and diffusion material that reduces the echoes in the space.
